There has been a change in CVS for Zope 2.6 to make
images available by default (at least inside DTML).
I assume you are using 2.5.X. Take a look at
the definition of the HTML function in StructuredText.py.
Try to replace "doc = Document(st)" with "doc = DocumentWithImages(st)"
and maybe "HTMLNG = HTMLClass.HTMLClass()" with "HTMLNG =
HTMLWithImages.HTMLWithImages()"
(untested).
