[Zope] CMF Install on Windows

I am trying to install CMF on Windows. I copied the three=
 folders, to 
the lib/python/products directory, however CMF_Core and=
 CMF_default 
both show up on the control panel as broken products. Here is the=

This was on a fresh install of Zope. Any ideas as to what might=
 be 
wrong?
