[Zope] WebDav with Dreamweaver- cannot checkin edited file

Hi,
I am using Dreamweaver 4 and Zope 2.5.1 and have given a particular file
WebDav permission of lock, unlock, and access to anonymous and I can check
out the file but cannot check it back in.  I get the error that "cannot put
myfile.html"  What could be happening here?  BTW this is a file created in
CMF 1.2 which was upgraded to 1.3
