[Zope] Compile Zope with Python v2.2.1 instead of v2.1.3

I have set up Zope on a freebsd machine with 
Zope 2.5.1_1
FreeBSD 4
Python 2.1.3
ZMySQL 2.0.8

My problem is that ZMySQL requires a Zope with version
of Python 2.2.1 to work.

How do i compile Zope with this version of Python.

Currently Zope package installs with Python 2.1.3 as
default.
