[Zope] Encrypting passwords

If you do this, and passwords are already encrypted, then they get encrypted
again, which could be the reason you are having problems.

This bug has been fixed for 2.6.1. You probably need to go in and set new
passwords for your users. I hope they aren't too many. :-)
