[Zope] Data.fs Disappeared ?!

Sounds like you've got INSTANCE_HOME or CLIENT_HOME pointing to the
wrong place and Zope has happily created a new storage file there for
you.  Check the control panel for where it thinks INSTANCE_HOME and
CLIENT_HOME are.
