[Zope] Moving the Data

[Gary Learned]

Has anyone tried using instance_home to move the data filew when they
are running as a Win32 service? It doesn't seem to work, but I may be
doing something wrong. I've tried both modifying the start.bat as well
as creating an global environmental variable.
