[Zope] how to enable Large File Support with 2.5 release?

FYI.

The following has worked for me on the linux platform.

 mysystem(
          " CC='gcc -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64' &&" .
          " export CC &&" .
          " ./configure --prefix=$pkgpfx --with-thread --without-pymalloc"
          );
