[Zope] mirror to non-zope site?

Is there any way to mirror zope content to a non-zope directory?

Specifically, I have a directory of content which I would like to mirror
on sourceforge. They don't have zope there, but I do have zope here. If
the content was static then rsync would work.

It looks like I might be able to do something with wget, but since it
will grab the whole site every time instead of synchronizing, I'm not
thrilled.

Is there a better way?
