[Zope] how can I undo a step when I can not access the folder anymore?

Hi - can you go to a higher level folder and undo from there?  Another
option - FTP or webdav into the server, and delete the folder?

Hi,
I added a cookie user folder to a CMF-Site (without reading that I should
not). Now I can not access that folder anymore.
How can I undo this step??

Any help is desperately appreciated
