[Zope] Accessing Control_Panel from DTML?

I verified that this works (as "Manager"!).

 >   <dtml-with "_.Control_Panel">
This will not work, as "Control_Panel" is not a namespace attribute.
 >   <dtml-with "this().Control_Panel">
This will work, too (although I did not verify it explicitly).
