[Zope] Zope starts with a PCGI error

Hi,
I recently downloaded Zope 2.5.0, and have gone through the
installation process.  I have attempted to start Zope, by running the
./start file.  However, this is what I get:

Then it stops.  Nothing else ever happens.  I have no messages from my
firewall, and nothing in /var/log/messages.  So basically, I'm stuck
and have no idea where to go from here.  I am fairly sure that I have
followed the installation instructions correctly.

Does anyone know what I should do next?
