[Zope] Newbie URL problem

I noticed the same thing.  It is actually a bug.    The issue is that 
some HTML links are being incorrectly coded as
"manage_main" when they should be "../manage_main"

I have found this bug in several Zope products.  Which kind of object 
are you using?
a DTMLDocument?
