[Zope] Zope users in the UK

There is already a users' group, zuguk.

So far we've got a mailing list, and we've had one meeting.  We had some
presentations, and agreed we should have a website.  We've got a Case
Study template but that's about it so far.  Any injection of time,
energy and enthusiasm would be good :-)
