[Zope] Stability HOWTO

I've put together a document describing most of our recent stability 
issues, and their solutions, up on

Included in the document is a number of tips for trying to tweak zope if 
you are having problems to narrow down a probable cause.

Note that to the best of our knowledge, Zope 2.5.1 and Zope 2.4.4 (both 
beta releases) in conjunction with Python 2.1.2 solve all known *Zope* 
problems.  However, other products may have their own issues; part of 
the job of this HOWTO is to provide some degree of guidelines for how to 
report a problem to Zope, such that Zope Corporation and the Zope 
community can perform diagnosis and produce a remedy.
