You find one at <http://www.firstworks.com>. It's called
"SQLRelay". Gives a good impression.

I am currently making first experiences with it to bridge the gap between
Unix and MS SQL server by means of this product.
Has good Python and Zope integration.
Is a bit quiet, i.e. it is not easy to see what goes on when
something does not work as one hopes.
