[Zope] Problems with HTML-Document/IEDocument

I've installed the latest HTMLDocument-product/IEDocument. All works well besides 
this problems:

FTP-users with non-manager roles are not able zu download their own(!) files, the 
error message in the ftp-client: 530 Unauthorized.


The ftp-Client shown this wrong rights:
--w--w----   1 maier   zope          358 Feb 27 08:59 htmlfile.html

Deletion of the permitted files is possible.


What's going wrong with the permissions?
