[Zope] ZODB Cruft, how to clear? Catalog problems too.

Hmm.. I'm not sure what is causing this error. On its face it looks
nonsensical. I can only assume it's because the Catalog has gone through so
many changes that there is some upgrade path that doesn't quite work.
If you're comfortable sending me the Data.fs, I can look at it next week...
this would be a good bug to get fixed.
