Could be of interest to any of you.=20
(For the French readers: this message is in English in order to broaden t=
he=20
audience, but the RFP is in French)
The Cocof (Commission Communautaire fran=E7aise, see http://www.cocof.be=
) has=20
just released a public request for proposal (RFP) for which the proposals=
=20
must be entered by January 29, 2002 and for which there will be a public=20
answer to questions on January 22, 2002 in Brussels.
The offer is supposed to fit a national advertising only that has taken=20
place, which amounts to roughly maximum 200.000 EUR.
The request concerns the analysis, conceptual and functional, as well as =
the=20
developpement of a human resources management system, essentially a datab=
ased=20
based system with some specific functionnalities (like simulations).=20
Initially, it is not supposed to be a full HRM system, but eventually thi=
s=20
could lead or interface to such a system.=20
It is requested that the system to be developped be free software.=20
If it could use any free software resources already in existence related =
to=20
HRM, that would save a lot of energy.=20
Any suggestion/idea would be most welcome.
The RFP (in French only, sorry) is available by Mrs Sylvie Risopoulos tha=
t=20
can be joined at srisopoulos@cocof.be or by phone at +32.(0)800.80.00
More info could also be obtained wth me.=20
Best regards,
Nicolas
