No.  A "storage" is a ZODB concept which means a literal Python object 
that implements the Storage interface.  "Nonundoing" means that the 
storage doesn't support undo operataions (ala the Zope Undo tab).  The 
doc means "mount another ZODB storage that is nonundoing".
