[Zope] How to change the time zone for Zope?

Hello friends,

I have Zope 2.4.2 installed from debian deb file.

The local time is "2002-01-27 11:05 CST" then I modified a Dtml method & 
saved, but on Zope the Dtml method's modified time is " 2002-01-27 21:05"
How to set up the time zone on Zope ?
