Thank you for the response but it seems to me that my problem are not the scripts any more.
Even after I deleted the scripts (simple_tree and image_batches_error) the openbsd zope refuses to 
import the file. After 14 minutes mozilla informed me that the connection was 
refused when attempting to contact the server, zope (started with -D) shows 
the startup messages again and nothing was imported.
Importing the same file with linux-zope succeeded after 16 minutes.
