[Zope] Controlling base href

Hello,

I should have mentioned, I can't rely on setting my own base 
href in the index_html method, I have to rely on the 
container.  I am aware of the section on controlling base 
href in the Zope Developers guide.  It just doesn't work for 
what I'm doing.
