1: Install cygwin with postgresql

2: Follow the instructions on how to compile zope cvs on Cygwin at:
   http://www.my-zope.org/HowtosRating/20020414113149 

3: Now you can compile the python postgres module so you can use
   a native postgres DA instead of ODBC
