Jim,

I saw your message in the BackTalk project tracker the other day,
its existence surprised the heck of of me!  (I never checked it and
it never emailed me ;-)  Thanks for reporting the bug, I know there
are problems with nested books, I just haven't had time to implement
and test a solid solution.
