[Zope] Deinstalling LeakFinder

I installed LeakFinder a few weeks ago then removed it soon after.
LeakFinder does not show up in the Product listing anymore, but it still
throws an exception at startup

2002-07-26T16:36:16 PROBLEM(100) ZODB Could not import class 'LeakFinder'
from module 'Products.LeakFinder.LeakFinder'

And it still shows up (with a broken icon) under the control panel, with the
caption "This object from the LeakFinder product is broken!"

So how do I remove this last vestige of LeakFinder?
