[Zope] Response Redirect

Hi;
I'm attempting to do a response redirect while changing the target:
<dtml-call "RESPONSE.redirect('http://khoikhoi.net/eng/Contact_Us' 
target=_top)">
but the last part isn't working. What am I missing?
