[Zope] Suppress traceback in error page? 2.5.1

Hello!

I have almost sucessfully upgraded my zope from 2.4.4.b2 to 2.5.1. The
problem I have now is that it suddenly starts printing tracebacks on evey
error page.

I have changes nothing except the zope version. It seems that 2.5.1 defaults
to debug mode no matter what.

I am not using the -D option, an I have set the following in the env that
zope uses:

Z_DEBUG_MODE=0
HTTP_TRACEBACK_STYLE=none

to no avail. Zope still thinks it is in Debug mode. It used to work with
2.4.4...

Any hints/suggestions?
