[Zope] Pbs with ExternalEditor win32

Hi,

As a newbie I am having problems getting External Editor to work on Windows 
(98).

I have followed the installation instructions scrupulously, but when I try 
to open the object for the first time by clicking on the pencil I get a 
"Fatal Error [Errno 2] No such file or directory; '~\\ZopeEdit.ini'.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
