[Zope] Pbs with ExternalEditor win32

Quick Fix:

In zopeedit.py change lines 94-95 from:

if win32:
                 config_path = path.expanduser('~\\ZopeEdit.ini')

to:

if win32:
                 config_path = 'C:\\ZopeEdit.ini'

This file will be created the next time you click on a ZMI pencil icon.

You can then edit it, set the default and special case editors etc
