[Zope] Dreamweaver MX rewrites ZPT XML?

I still can't figure out why WebDAV accessed ZPT documents are 
being rewritten by Dreamweaver MX.  Platform is W2K.  I've 
checked startup and ports as people suggested.

Here's my start.bat (run as an NT service).

And here is the startup log from the STUPID_LOG_FILE.  Note the 
fourth to last line.  It says that the 10000 port is being opened up as 
an HTTP server, and not WebDAV.  Is that correct?
