[Zope] ProxyRequests

hi,
i tend to agree: reading some of these HOWTOs, a naive user could
happily configure apache as a public proxy and this is not good (it
might not be disastrous, but at best you lose bandwidth to pron
trawlers)!
how can this be rectified?
