[Zope] Zatalog Vocabulary Splitter Update

I assume you are looking to change the new splitter
parameters through the ZMI? This is implemented
already for Zope 2.6 (in the CVS trunk). However
it is not backported to 2.5.X. If there will be a Zope
2.5.2 release, I will backport it - but not for
the upcoming Zope 2.5.1 release.
