[Zope] cookie scope?

Hang on this is kinda confusing:
I set a cookie in a script in the top-level folder. Then move to a
sub-folder and change the cookie value. Then I go back to the top-level
folder and change the cookie. Lastly, I go back to the sub-folder and it
has kept the value from the previous sub-folder's change not the last
top-level folder change. So it's acting like I have created 2 cookies: 1
at the top-level, and 1 at the sub-folder level.
Anyone ideas? Thanks!
