[Zope] Locked out of Zope!

Can anyone tell me what path I should be able to log into zope at, using an 
emergency user?

I've tried:

http://localhost:8080/acl_users/manage
http://localhost:8080/acl_users/manage_main
http://localhost:8080/acl_users/manage_users etc.

AFAIK, you can edit users and privileges only. emergency user is not
designed for regular use.
