[Zope] ERROR(200) FieldIndex unindex_object could not remove document

Hi,
I'm seeing these messages in stupid.log:

happen.

with zope 2.5.1/CMF1.3b1.
The documentId is not always the same.

Should I worry?
(I really don't line the "This should not happen" bit)
