[Zope] Rotating -D log

I run a development Zope server with -D logging always turned on. I need a
way to rotate this log  if it is possible. I found information on how to
rotate Z2.log and that works but I can't get the other log to rotate. Any
help would be appreciated.

I'm using Zope 2.3 on windows NT4
