[Zope] PC restart when starting Zope

I believe he said he had it working fine on 98 (at work)...?  I do too
(2.4.1).

One thing I know about WinMe is that M$ made some Win95/98 drivers (and
?? else?) 'obsolete'/incompatible - stuff that was fine with 95 or 98
would not work on Me.  Don't know if there's anything in Zope/python
that would be affected though.
