[Zope] Serious problem: ConflictError

Hi,

As some of you might have seen I have had severe problems with my Data.fs
today.
Manged to resolve the problems by using the fsrecover.py. All the sties are
up and running,
but I cannot add any data.

I get the following traceback trying to add a regular Folder at the root
level.

Is there a way to solve this problem ? This is a serious problem for me!

I have tried a new recover but no errors are found and no bytes are removed
during recovery.
