[Zope] dmtl generated borders

Greetings:

I know this has been posted several times but searching both nipltd and=20
activestate archives comes up empty. What I am interested in doing is=20
creating a single pixal border around a table or text block using dtml. C=
ould=20
some one repost the code snippet or provide a short explanation on how to=
 do=20
this with dtml as this neophite wants to exand on his zen...:)
