[Zope] Object type association in ftp

Hej,

I'm actually developing a product for zope and I now have exactly the 
problem described in 
http://www.zope.org//Wikis/DevSite/Proposals/ObjectTypeAssociationAndDeathT
oIndexHtml - changing the standard association between file extensions and 
object types for ftp access.

As I can see on the page 
http://www.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/Zope2.6/ProposedFeatures (the 
proposed features for zope 2.6) this should be solved for Zope 2.6.

My question now: Is it really solved and is there any example or howto, 
where I can see how to implement it?
