No and I dont see the reason for it anyway.

Many things can be changed by tweaking the css.

Load ploneCustomize.css and override the things you want to change.

If you want to change the layout completely, and use dreamweaver, then do=
 so.=20
Create a new main_template.pt with the look you want, then add tal and me=
tal=20
to it later on...

You can change almost everything with just these two files.
