Right now we know of several circumstances which could cause this error, =
but=20
no way to explain how frequently they appear to be reported.

I would be pleased to debug this If you can produce a small test case tha=
t=20
repeatably causes a POSKeyError.

(If you are feeling nervous about POSKeyErrors then you might want to loo=
k at=20
DirectoryStorage, http://dirstorage.sourceforge.net. It is designed to be=
=20
more defensive against these known causes. However you may also feel nerv=
ous=20
about using alpha-release storages......)
