[Zope] Adding a zcatalog in 2.6

Hi,

I have a problem adding a catalog in zope 2.6 and above. When I go to
add a new catalog in 2.5, I get a combobox to select the vocabulary, or
zope creates one for me, as it specifies in the docs. If I try the same
in 2.6 the combobox is missing, so I'm unable to create a working
catalog anymore. I can't believe something this obvious is a bug, but I
can't find any notes referring to such a change. I'm still quite new to
zope, so apologies if I'm missing something here.
