[Zope] File objects store in external file

Hi,
 I know how to use Image objects stored in external files,

misc_={
 "new_gif": ImageFile("icons/new.gif",globals()),...

but, how can I use a normal file (text file - a CSS file) like this (without
storing it as an Image file or DTML file)?!
