Paul replied to your earlier question with a question, asking you to tell us
what your problem is. If you do not wish to help us help you then you wont
get very far.

INSTANCE_HOME is an environment variable pointing to your instance one way
of doing this is windows is to append the value  INSTANCE_HOME=somedrive to
your start script.
