[Zope] Zope wont serve, diagnose & repair suggestions?

After restarting my OS, 
my Zope installation stopped working correctly.
I had been functioning correctly for days.
I do not believe I changed anything in zope, so I am without a clue as to 
what caused it.

When I log in to xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/manage as an administrator
I get the menu on the left, but the main window never comes up.

When I attempt to surf to my site xxx.xxx.xxx:8080
the index_html page never loads.

When I force the issue by going to xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/manage_main
the main window comes up and shows my items, but if I try to access any 
of them I go into a timeout. They never come up.


How do I diagnose and repair this condition?
