Use this latest installer:
http://www.zope.org/Products/Zope/2.6.0/Zope-2.6.0-win32-x86.exe/view

Once installed, there's a start.bat file at your installation folder.
Execute it, then point your browser to:
http://localhost:8080/manage

Use the login user you just created during the installation process.
