[Zope] zpasswd.py didn't create any account

 guys,
     i have read it in ch7, then i follow up, then i got into the errors
below after running zpasswd.py and adding root as the username and my
password, then chooseing the default encrypting method:

 AttributeError: 'string' object has no attribute 'upper'

 now what is the problem, besides i have tried out the admin build in
account
 with its supplied password but it didn't work !!
