[Zope] how can i make zope run on the system startup?

hi guys, 
   am using RHL 7.2, each time i want to start Zope i have to chmod o+t
the var directory then run the start script from the python bin
directory that ships with Zope.
how can i make Zope to run at the system startup?

btw, how can i make the ActivePython 2.1.3 the default python that run
when i type python anywhere in the system?
